Meningitis Vaccination Certificate (Mencevax ACW 135 Y) (This certificate is valid for three years.)

What is NOT included in the Umrah fees?
Transportation expenses of Umrah passengers in Canada from their cities to Toronto and Montreal Airports, where THY will fly, are under their own responsibility and are not included in the Umrah prices.
The meningitis vaccine, which is mandatory in Saudi Arabia, is the responsibility of the Umrah passengers and is not included in the Umrah prices.
Umrah passengers can take out their own private insurance against health, travel, and accidents related to their travel.
The fee to be charged for excess baggage above the free baggage allowance is not included in the Umrah fees.
Umrah fees must be paid at the time of final registration. Umrah fees can be paid in 3 ways:

ACCOMMODATION TYPES
There are two types of accommodation:
- Shared Room for 4
- Shared Room for 2
Shared Room for 4
Accommodation will be provided in buildings within walking distance of both the Harem in Mecca and the Masjid Nabawi in Medina.
The layout in the buildings is generally in accordance with the room system, and women and men are arranged in separate rooms in a way that a maximum of 4 people stay together in each room.
The rooms are equipped with a bed and air-conditioning, and bathrooms and toilets are shared/shared in the rooms.
Breakfast and dinner are served in table ditch style. Free tea and water are provided 24 hours a day.
Shared Room for 2
It is provided in the buildings located within walking distance of the Masjid an-Nabawi in Medina.
The rooms, which have a toilet and a bathroom, are equipped with a bed and air conditioning, and each room can accommodate 2 people from a family.
Breakfast and dinner are served in the form of table ditch, lunches are provided in the form of food. Free tea and water are provided 24 hours a day.
How do we get to and from the Harem in Mecca?
Accommodation in Mecca within walking distance of the Harem will be at a maximum distance of 1 km. Services will always be available when requested.

What are Education and Guidance Services?
In order to turn the Umrah worship into a spiritual renewal opportunity and to ensure that our Umrah passengers can perform their prayers duly and consciously, training, information and guidance seminars are held before and during the trip.
What are Religious Guidance Services?
Under the guidance of our imams;
It is ensured that the Umrah worship is performed in accordance with the procedure.
Fatwa and Irşat services are provided.
In Mecca-i Mukerreme: The house where our Prophet (pbuh) was born, Savr and Mount Nur are visited (from afar).
In Medina-i Münevvere: Seven Masjids, Kıbleteyn Masjid, Quba Masjid, Cennetü'l Baki Cemetery, Uhud Martyrdom are visited.
What are Health Services?
There are hospitals, health centers and health centers with medical and technical equipment belonging to Diyanet in Makkah-i Mükerreme and Medina-i Münevvere.
Health services are provided in Mecca-i Mükerreme and Medina-i Münevvere by doctors and health personnel assigned from Turkey.
Medicines brought from Turkey are used in the treatments.
What are Food Services?
Meals are prepared by chefs assigned from Turkey.
Fresh meat is used in the dishes.
Our Umrah passengers are provided with breakfast and dinner at their hotels.
Tea and water are offered free of charge and 24-hour self-service in the accommodation buildings.
What are Service, Visit and Transfer Services?
Transfers between Jeddah-Mecca-Medina and visiting programs in Makkah-i Mükarrema and Madinah-i Münevvere are provided by new and air-conditioned buses.
What are Airport Services?
Personnel will be assigned at domestic and international airports to assist our Umrah passengers in their business and transactions; A welcome and farewell service will be provided.
